Chalk Festival at the Block

Join me for a one day event at the Pacific Commons Shopping Center

On Sunday, May 5th, Pacific Commons will host a FREE Chalk Festival. The event will showcase the work of 20 artists who will create life-sized chalk murals on the pavement outside the center. Using hundreds of sticks of pastel chalk, their work will be the size of an entire city block and will feature an array of eclectic, mesmerizing and breathtaking designs in every style imaginable – from classical and contemporary to whimsical and socially relevant.

The Pacific Commons Chalk Festival will also offer a host of family-friendly activities including a Kids Chalk Zone where children will be invited to create their own chalk masterpieces and a spin-to-win prize wheel.
