Those amazing and so-talented chalk artists are coming back to City Center. Watching them as they work is fascinating, so take time one of those afternoons and watch as 10 professional chalk artists create their colorful and wildly imaginative artworks. Their sidewalk-scapes will give you a chance to learn visually about the history and future of Bishop Ranch and City Center.
